Tracked Postage

All orders for in-stock goods will be processed, packed and posted within 1 to 2 working days. We ship using SingPost’s Tracked Letterbox service at a flat rate of S$3.50. SingPost takes 1 to 3 working days to deliver the package to your letter box directly.

To ensure that your order is delivered promptly, please check that you have provided the correct mailing address during checkout. A shipping confirmation email containing the SingPost tracking number will be sent to you when your order has been posted.

Currently, we only ship within Singapore.


We accept payment via major platforms including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are processed in Singapore dollar via Shopify securely.

Returns and Exchanges

We only accept exchanges in the rare event of defective and/or damaged goods. Please get in touch with us via email within 3 working days of receiving your item(s), upon which an acknowledgement email will be sent to you.

Thereafter, you are required to return the item(s) in their original packaging and condition within 7 working days, and you will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred. Please note that an exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our evaluation of the returned goods.
