Delivery

Due to the current situation and in line with government recommendations, we have made some changes to our delivery schedule. We will consolidate all weekly orders and post them every Wednesday. All orders received before 6pm every Tuesday will be included in our Wednesday delivery.

On your end, please ensure that you have provided the correct mailing address to us. All customers will receive an acknowledgment email once their order has been processed. This email contains your purchase and shipping information.

We deliver our goods using Singapore Post, and to ensure that your order package reaches you safely, we are only offering the local Tracked Package service for a flat rate of $2.50. SingPost takes 2 to 4 working days to deliver local Tracked Packages to your letter box directly. A tracking number will be provided in our acknowledgment email. In the event that the package does not fit in the letter box, SingPost will leave a collection slip in your letterbox, which will contain collection details for your package.

Currently, we do not ship outside of Singapore.


Payment

We accept major credit cards Visa, MasterCard and American Express via Shopify Pay securely. All transactions are processed in Singapore dollar. 

Packaging

In order to reduce waste as much as possible, we use eco-friendly packaging materials such as kraft paper. We also reuse various packaging materials such as bubble wraps and gift wrappers.


Availability and Quality

As our goods are sourced or handmade in limited quantities, they are available while stocks last. For handmade goods, no two products are identical and actual products may also vary slightly in size and colour. While we endeavour to ensure that our handmade items are of the highest quality, slight imperfections are to be expected – purchase only if you are comfortable with this.


Returns and Exchanges

We only accept exchanges in the rare event of defective and/or damaged goods. Please get in touch with us via email within 3 working days of receiving your item, upon which we will send you an acknowledgement email. Thereafter, please note that you will have 7 working days to return your goods to us in their original condition, and you will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred. An exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our evaluation of the returned goods. All goods are non-refundable.
